Annual Campaign
Just eight years ago, Brawerman Elementary School began with 10 students whose families were willing to take a chance and who believed in the possibilities of our school. In fall, 2006 the students from this first graduating began seventh grade at some of the best middle schools in the city. Brawerman Elementary School has become a thriving, excellent school, with 219 students! And our school continues to grow. The success of Brawerman Elementary School is supported by the generosity parents, grandparents, alumni families, faculty, administration and friends who contribute to our Annual Giving Campaign. The Campaign allows the school to educate our children with the best instructors possible. This year, for the first time, Brawerman Elementary School has a full-time science teacher, which allows ALL students, from Kindergarten through 6th Grade, to make discoveries in the science lab on a regular basis. Our physical education program now has a third coach, which allows for more teacher-student interaction and also allows us to broaden the sports activities and teams we offer. The hours of our school counselor have been doubled to better meet the developmental and emotional needs of our children. We now have a full-time librarian who also works with students individually. An additional part-time Hebrew teacher adds to the strength of our Hebrew department.
Like other private schools, the cost of tuition does not actually cover the school’s cost of educating our children. In order to make up for this shortfall and allow the school to pursue continued outstanding instruction for our children, we invite and encourage participation in the school’s Annual Giving Campaign.
Please join us and support this important campaign as generously as you can. All of our children will benefit and will have you to thank.
