Lego Mindstorms Robotics and Challenge
Fifth graders will construct and program robots using the Lego Mindstorms NXT kits. Students are challenged to make robots that dance, sing, play sports, etc. Students are working in teams with partner team from Village School's 6th grade class and, for the first time joining us, Laurence School's 5th grade class. We will blog with our partners and share photos and video regularly to compare progress and use Skype to communicate “face-to-face.” We will likely host our team partners in January for our annual Lego Challenge and Pizza Party.
